Features

• Bottle feeding / collection turntable: Optional item for reducing manual cost.

• Rinser: Air-rinsing type with ‘Servomotor Bottle Clamp
  Rotation Device’ and ‘Electrostatic Elimination Air Blowing Device’ provide the excellent cleaning efficiency. Rising nozzles are customizable according to client’s requirement & production volume.

• Counter: Common capsules / Transparent capsules / Soft capsules / Pills count and fill automatically

• Desiccant capsules inserter: Feed desiccant capsules into bottles more accurately and without omitting compares to feed manually.

• Plastic film inserter: Insert plastic film into bottle automatically for preventing pills / capsules being defective while transportation.

• Film cutting length can be set according to different filling volume of pills / capsules.

• Capper: Different types of capping method for threaded screw caps or special design of caps.

• Aluminum foil sealer: Non-contact induction coil is suitable for bottle diameter of ∅20 ~ 120 mm.

• Printing system: A wide range of printer brands can be combined for printing MFG Date / EXP Date / Batch No…etc.

• Labeler: Many labeling models are applicable to suit various products with different shapes, materials, label sizes and labeling position.

• Japan Mitsubishi PLC and 7” color touch screen (HMI) are used for most models.

• Servomotors are used on most models, parameter adjustments can be entered on touch screen directly.

• User-friendly interface: Quick changeover design helps most adjustments can be finished without using tools.

• 50 sets of memory storage: Perfect for various products without repeated setting.
